At Servicely, we stand behind the quality of our services. If you’re not satisfied with a service you’ve received (e.g., printer repair, laptop servicing, or remote tech support), please contact us within 7 days of the service date to request a resolution or refund.
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
The issue remains unresolved after service completion
A technician was unable to perform the repair or provide support
You were charged incorrectly
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled service
We do not offer refunds for:
Services already completed and verified as functional
Customer-caused damage or mishandling after the service
Missed appointments without prior notice (no-show)
Software or license purchases made on your behalf
For any physical products (e.g., replacement parts or accessories):
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong
To request a refund, please email support@servicely.shop with your service date, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
We may offer a free follow-up service or replacement part instead of a refund, depending on the issue. Our support team will work with you to determine the best resolution.
